LaRhonda “Ronnie” Frost

Executive Director, Frost Equity Initiative 

LaRhonda “Ronnie” Frost is the CEO and founder of Frost Equity Initiative. She is a STEAM equity advocate with over 15 years in STEAM industries. Ronnie has spent years as an instructor for various STEAM programs such as Black Girls Code and Girls Who Code. The companies she has worked for include Activision, FOX, Cardinal Health, and Cedars-Sinai.

At Activision, LaRhonda worked on projects for the Skylanders, Crash Bandicoot, and Call of Duty. That work inspired Ronnie to help youth learn to code by creating games. Ronnie partnered with industry leaders to introduce science and money clubs. 

Ronnie earned her Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University and an MBA from DePaul University. She is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, inc.
