Too many students graduate without the technical skills today's economy demands — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. Frost Equity Initiative exists to change that. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we partner with K-12 schools and community organizations to deliver hands-on STEAM education through enrichment clubs, community events, and workforce development programs that build real confidence and career readiness.
